Storekeeper

Job Description

• Assist storeman in handling, checking, receiving, packing and storing of all incoming stocks.
• Handling stocks movement in the store and general housing keeping within store and workshop.
• Loading and unloading of goods using forklift.
• Maintain store inventory records.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
• Maintaining clean goods issuance area complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in a storekeeping or warehouse environment is often required.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
• Essential for accurate stock control and inventory management.
• Familiarity with or computer-based inventory management.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving goods.
