Storekeeper

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse request from Retail outlet store. The candidate will be responsible for pick & pack activities, stock handling, inventory accuracy, and supporting store transfers/export operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to work independently, and willing to travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform picking and packing of goods for store transfers and export shipments.
• Ensure all article numbers, quantities, and Delivery Orders (DO) are accurate before dispatch.
• Assist in checking and sorting outgoing goods.
• Ensure all goods are properly labelled and handled carefully.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and retail teams for smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and verify documentation related to deliveries and stock transfers.
• Conduct stock counts and assist in inventory audits when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.
• Travel between locations such as Orchard and Marina Bay Sands (MBS) is required.

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Able to use WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms professionally.
• Detail-oriented and precise in handling article numbers, stock quantities, and DOs.
• Fast learner with a positive working attitude.
• Physically fit and able to carry/lift goods when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel around Singapore for operational support.
• Prior warehouse/storekeeping experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Basic inventory management knowledge.
• Familiarity with retail or warehouse operations.
• Experience with scanners or inventory systems is a plus.
