Storekeeper

Reporting to: Production Manager, Singapore

Overview

This role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving and issuing goods, inventory control, data entry, and stock reconciliation. The incumbent ensures warehouse safety and cleanliness, operates a forklift, and undertakes additional Safety Officer responsibilities while working independently to meet operational requirements.

Core responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods

• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems

• Perform data entry and update stock movement

• Issue materials and ensure proper stock control

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance

• Operate forklift

• Additional role of Safety Officer

Requirements

• Minimum A Level or higher

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

• Knowledge of logistics management systems and data entry

• MOM Forklift Operator Licence is an advantage

• Medically fit to carry out job-related tasks

• Able to work independently
