Job Description:

Fixed Shift: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 5.30pm)

This position will be based under our specialty group, NIC Components located at 5 Tai Seng Drive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support shipping / receiving function in the warehouse (sorting, picking, packing, labelling, stock / cycle count, system receiving)

• Transport/staging of product.

• Maintain work and product store areas

• Reports updating & monitor output efficiency

• Computer skills to be able to execute ERP system transactions are required.

• To assist on warehouse management, inventory control process and logistics strategy for Ops team

• Order Coordination liaising with internal and external stakeholders

• To maintain the housekeeping and safety at working environment ,comply with Workplace Safety & Health Rules and Regulations

What We Are Looking For

• 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations

• Good working attitude

• Able to carry up to lift weight up to 20kgs

• Willing to perform OT where required

• Proficiency in basic computer skills like Excel, Words, Powerpoint

• Good communication skills

• Experience with ERP or WMS system
