Storekeeper

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming spare parts, materials and equipment
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of inventory
• Issue parts and tools to project teams and maintain accurate inventory
• Prepare parts for delivery or site collection & arrange loading and unloading of goods
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
• Perform periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with safety standards
• Handle documentation such as delivery orders, stock movement, and job records and keep records
• Liaise with internal departments including service, project, and procurement teams

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse/storekeeping operations preferred
• Familiar with inventory management system
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, data entry)
• Knowledge of hardware, tools, or spare parts is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Preferably capable to conduct troubleshooting and repair work
• Forklift license is an advantage
