Our Client is from Luxury Fashion Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Store Team Leader to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Summary Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Achieve individual sales targets and support the team to meet overall store objectives.
- Train, coach, and guide store staff in line with company policies and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to attract new clients.
- Represent and promote the brand with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Ensure high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive results.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in retail sales
- Proven work experience in supervisor level
- Good Customer Service
- Good Communication Skills
- Confident and outgoing
