Store Supervisor (New flagship stores)

Our client a new luxury outdoor brand entering Singapore, is expanding and seeking a Retail Supervisor to join their team. This role will focus on developing and leading a high-performing store team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and unexpected situations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise team or store zones during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead briefings, training, and assist in onboarding new staff while upholding professionalism and engagement.
• Support opening/closing procedures, store presentation, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Process guest transactions accurately, including returns, warranties, and trade-ins.

Job Requirement:

• 2-3 years experience in retail
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
• Strong customer service orientation
