Job Description:
- Supported Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including customer service, inventory, visual merchandising, HR, and brand promotion
- Managed opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and conducted team briefings to drive daily sales targets
- Ensured smooth team communication and operational handovers
- Delivered high standards of customer service, resolving complex issues independently
- Mentored staff on product knowledge and service excellence, fostering a high-performing team culture
- Analysed sales and customer trends to support strategies that improve revenue and customer experience
- Executed store promotions and product launches in collaboration with the Business Promotion team

Job Requirements:
- Have a Diploma or equivalent in Retail/Logistics, or any related field.
- Dedication to deliver and mentor others in customer service standard to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Proven leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with the management team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to oversee daily (shopfloor) operations and backend corporate tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Additional familiarity or knowledge on these topics is an advantage:
- Inventory management system (e.g. SAP By Design)
- Basic HR practices and labor law knowledge
- Social media platform management
- Flexibility to work in shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
