JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensures all merchandise are stored under optimal conditions and are ready for issuing.
- To ensures that all storage areas are clean and maintains high hygienic standards.
- To ensure the safeguard of all stored items by keeping the store locked when unattended
- To issue and reorder stock and to ensure that no goods will leave the storeroom without proper authorized store requisition.
- To post on computer all in-out movement and bin card of goods from/to the stores in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain established maximum/minimum stock levels of all items under stores responsibility.
- Receive and verify daily inventory deliveries from receiver.
- To conduct routine physical inventory and follow-up of all pending purchase requisition with the purchaser to ensure the timely replenishment of depleted stocks in accordance with the max/min par level defined by the management.
- To ensures that merchandises are issued by FIFO system.
- To prevent loss, spoilage, breakage by carefully following the expired date of perishable items, monitoring the slow moving items and keeping store clean and tidy at all times.
- To be responsible for all documentation such as the Receiving Record, the Receiving Report and the Daily Summary Receiving Report as well as Slow Moving Item Report.
- To coordinate with the purchasing department in regards to delivery issues.
- Performs other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education of high vocational diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 year in store keeper or other related function in the hotel.
- Able to communicate basic English
