Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Store Manager Trainee to join our retail team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in retail management while working towards a Store Manager position.

Job Description:
. Participate in an intensive training program covering all aspects of store operations
. Assist in managing daily store activities, including sales, inventory, and customer service
. Learn to lead and motivate a team of sales associates
