Seafolly Singapore is on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team and assist in running our Wisma Store!

Your Role

Reporting to the Cluster Manager in Singapore and the Area Manager in Australia, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a customerobsessed, resultsdriven leader to represent and lead the Seafolly brand in Singapore.

As Store Manager, you will:

  • Champion a customer-first culture, driven by our mission to empower confidence in every woman.
  • Ensure your teams are fit and product experts, consistently delivering exceptional service.
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture that motivates and holds each team member accountable.
  • Uphold outstanding standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Know your customer - understand store-specific profiles and bestsellers to drive effective feedback and in-store initiatives.
  • Lead with purpose - create a transparent, motivated, and accountable team environment.
  • Attract, train, and retain top retail talent for your store.
  • Be Seafolly's key brand ambassador in Singapore, representing our values and vision.
  • Collaborate with the retail leadership team and support centre in Sydney to drive business innovation.
  • Available to work 5 days a week subject to a total of 44 hours.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven store management experience in retail.
  • A natural flair for customer service and a love for empowering others.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • A great eye for visual merchandising and styling.
  • High attention to detail, strong initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit - able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for fashion, summer, and the beach lifestyle.
