Job Description:

• Minimum 1-2 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and schedule store staff.
• Ensure drinks are prepared according to company standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.
• Monitor sales performance and support promotional activities.、
• Manage stock, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
• Prefer immediate starter.
• Willing to undergo temporary training at Jewel outlet.
