We are looking to hire a Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations, drive store performance, and create a strong customer experience. This role suits someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about delivering results through people and process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to meet sales and service targets
  • Track and analyse sales KPIs to provide weekly insights and action plans
  • Maintain store standards, stock management, and basic visual merchandising
  • Work with marketing and operations teams for promotions, POSM, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Manage roster planning, staff performance, and store administration
  • Handle escalations and ensure high service standards
  • Optional scope: support events, in-store activations, or VM projects

Requirements

  • At least1 year of retail experience
  • Managerial or supervisory experiencestrongly preferred ability to lead a team independently
  • Analytical, data-driven, comfortable with numbers(sales tracking, KPI monitoring, daily/weekly reporting)
  • Operationally strong - able to run store operations end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Driven and proactive - takes initiative, not reactive; able to spot problems early and close loops
  • Experience in events, visual merchandising, or mall coordination is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with POSM, store traffic drivers and promotions is a plus
