Job scope:
Customer Engagement
. Build and maintain strong client relationships
. Lead clienteling initiatives in partnership with CVM/Marketing teams
. Ensure consistent delivery of the Guest Experience
. Act as a role model on the sales floor, using storytelling to connect emotionally with guests
Business Development
. Drive sales performance and profitability
. Analyze market trends and propose growth strategies
. Lead cross-selling and upselling efforts
. Collaborate with Merchandising to optimize product feedback and assortment
Team Leadership
. Attract and onboard top talent
. Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training
. Foster a high-performance culture with clear communication and motivation
. Partner with HR and Retail Manager on employee relations and development
Brand Presentation
. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards
. Maintain store ambiance and grooming standards
. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planning teams for optimal inventory
Store Operations
. Uphold compliance across all operational areas
. Oversee alterations and tailor services
. Leverage digital tools to enhance customer experience and business opportunities
