Seeking an experienced, passionate, and commercially driven Store Manager to spearhead the operations of an exciting and renowned Japanese bakery concept entering Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
Ensure outstanding customer service and uphold Japanese hospitality standards.
Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
Monitor inventory, stock ordering, wastage control, and cost management.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and operational excellence.
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
Work closely with senior management on new initiatives, promotions, and business growth strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role within bakery, café, retail, hospitality, or F&B operations.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage store performance.
Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in inventory management, manpower planning, and sales operations.
Passion for Japanese food culture and service excellence.
Japanese language proficiency is preferred to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and support communication with the Japan headquarters.
Native and non-native Japanese speakers with business communication proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Energetic, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
