Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
Lead and manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, setting targets, and motivating the team.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage prevention.
Handle store administration, including cash management, daily sales reporting, and SOP compliance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of retail experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Customer-focused, results-oriented, and able to drive sales.
Good understanding of store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive, hands-on, and motivated to deliver results.
