THE ROLE:
As Clarins Store Manager, you act as our Brand Ambassador in promoting the brand's skincare products to our customers
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Promote our brand's skincare products and provide skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
Be part of the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high level of service excellence in retail touchpoints
Analysis and provide feedback on opportunities to drive the business
Build relationship with customers, deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation
Actively provide ideas to drive instore engagement, cross-brand collaboration and retail-tainment to attract and engage customers.
Excellent Leadership and management
Effective communication with team members to create a positive team morale
Take ownership of store management
Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
YOU HAVE:
Possess at least GCE N/O Level qualification
Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative
Able to build trust and respect to influence team members to deliver business outcomes
Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
Passionate about the beauty and service industry
