Job Description
1. Manage daily business, labour scheduling
2. Ensure food are prepared in compliance with all health and safety regulations and brand standards
3. Deliver exceptional QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) to meet standards
4. Resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively
5. Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop managers and crew members
6. Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimize waste.
7. Monitor food safety and production procedures during shifts.Job Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent is generally expected
2. Previous management experience is frequently preferred
3. Experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is highly desirable.
