Store Manager (Children's Brand)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and improve customer experience
- Handle inventory management, stock control, and replenishment
- Perform visual merchandising according to brand standards
- Guide and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Manage online orders and store systems using Shopify
- Maintain store housekeeping and product presentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a retail supervisory role
- Experience in using Shopify is an advantage
- Execute visual merchandising to maintain attrative product display
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in visual merchandising for retail stores
- Good inventory management and stock planning skills
- A team player with leadership ability and positive attitude
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
