About the Role
Adecco is partnering with a global retail brand to hire a Store Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance
. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
. Drive store sales through effective strategies and team performance
. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to guidelines
. Deliver excellent customer service and enhance overall shopping experience
. Handle store administration and ensure compliance with company policies
Job Requirements
. Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory/management experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
. Strong leadership and team management skills
. Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
