Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction standards
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance and strong team morale
- Oversee store merchandising, stock levels, and visual displays in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor store KPIs, customer service performance, and propose action plans for improvement
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, audit policies, cash handling, and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Store Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager with proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in managing stores for fashion retail brands
