Role Description
We are looking for experienced Store Manager for our restaurants located in Changi Airport (Terminal 1-3). Your role will be to oversee daily operations while receiving strong support from the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and schedule the store team to ensure optimal manpower planning.
- Drive smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee both Front-of-House and Back-of-House to ensure service excellence and kitchen efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality and customer service.
- Manage ordering, stock control, and coordinate closely with HQ.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety and operational standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to build a positive and high-performing culture.
Qualifications
- Willing to work at Changi Airport, Singapore.
- Able to work weekends & public holidays.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
- At least 3-5 years of F&B Store management experience.
