About the role:
Run a fast-casual outlet (no pork, no lard) and keep operations smooth and safe.
Key duties
- Lead daily operations: roster, service quality, cash & inventory.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and simple checklists.
- Implement halal operating procedures and basic records.
- Train, schedule, and motivate the team.
- Handle deliveries, ordering, and opening/closing.
Requirements
- 2+ years in F&B supervisory/shift lead/assistant manager role.
- Comfortable with POS and basic spreadsheets.
- Willing to attend halal competency training (company-sponsored).
- Good command of English & Malay.
