We are building a vibrant, energetic, and experience-driven venue that combines fun, movement, and memorable customer experiences. We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Store Manager to lead the daily operations of the outlet and manage the ground team on site.
Job Summary
The Store Manager is an on-site, hands-on role responsible for the daily operations, team management, customer service standards, safety, cleanliness, and overall performance of the outlet. This person will lead by example, ensure smooth operations during opening and closing, and drive revenue while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth running of all activities
- Lead, supervise, and manage the outlet team, including duty roster planning, attendance monitoring, and daily deployment
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, presentation, and operational readiness of the outlet at all times
- Monitor ticketing, admissions, retail sales, party bookings, and other revenue-related activities
- Ensure all staff follow company SOPs, safety rules, and service standards
- Conduct on-site briefing, training, and performance coaching for staff
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Monitor stock levels for operational supplies, retail items, and other outlet needs
- Coordinate with maintenance, suppliers, mall management, and internal departments when required
- Support marketing campaigns, festive events, school holiday activities, and promotional launches at outlet level
- Track outlet performance and assist management in improving sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification Degree is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of experience in outlet operations, retail, F&B, attractions, playgrounds, entertainment, or related service industry
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on, responsible, and able to solve problems on the ground efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays
- Familiar with daily operations reporting, scheduling, service recovery, and staff supervision
- Comfortable managing customer-facing operations and handling peak crowd situations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Sheets/Docs is preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience in indoor playgrounds, family entertainment centres, activity venues, attractions, theme parks, or hospitality-related operations
- Experience handling front-line teams, shift planning, and outlet KPI performance
- Strong awareness of operational safety, cleanliness, and customer experience
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dependable and mature Store Manager who is willing to be physically present on site, lead the team from the front, and take ownership of the outlet's daily performance. This is not a desk-bound HQ role. It is a hands-on outlet leadership role that requires strong execution, discipline, and people management.
