Job Description & Requirements
Our client, a leading chain stores, is looking for a Store Manager to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong background in retail, keen attention to detail, proactive mindset. We encourage you to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Management:
-Manage outlet costs, handle HQ requirements, and support the Operations Manager.
-Oversee recruitment and development of operational staff.
.Customer Service:
-Greet customers, handle queries, and upsell products.
-Process payments, and manage transactions via POS.
.Food & Beverage Preparation:
-Prepare and serve food and beverages.
-Maintain and replenish stocks.
.Maintenance & Cleaning:
-Clear rubbish, handle cleaning duties, and clean work areas.
-Perform opening and closing tasks, including POS closure and waste disposal.
.Stock Management:
-Assist with stock taking and check stocks upon delivery.
.Training & Development:
-Train and audit staff, manage schedules, and plan external training.
.Optional Dual-Function Roles (Choose as Applicable):
-Marketing: Promote the brand and drive engagement.
-Business Development: Explore growth opportunities.
-Communication: Develop and implement strategies.
-Finance & Accounts: Assist with budgeting and financial tasks.
-Operations: Handle additional operational responsibilities.
REQUIREMENT
. Diploma, preferably in Business Studies, Hospitality, Logistics, Retail or Technical Studies.
. Strong in customer service.
. Strong confident leadership & Team builder
. With soft skills experience, including proficiency in Word & Excel
. Business oriented and self motivated to excel.
. Able to train and supervise new staff.
. Willing to work long hours and manage multiple stores across Singapore, work shift.
. Mandatory - willing to do night shifts
