Job Highlights

. Within walking distance from Ubi MRT station

. 5 days work week

. Extra days off during CNY

Job Responsibilities:

. Updating stock records using excel or stock management system

. Loading and unloading from containers

. Arranging for delivery and collection of events items through logistics provider like lalamove, grab

. Packing of event items and arranging them according to event dates and stock categories

. Monitoring inventory level and ensure replenishment

. Onsite support for project teams including moving of events items

. Maintain cleanliness of the store and office area

. Any other ad hoc duties

Who are we looking for:

. Singaporeans and PR only

. Able to operate forklifts and other logistics equipment

. Minimum PSLE

. Basic IT knowledge

. Knowledge of apps to order for delivery or collection

. We are moving office from Pasir Panjang to Ubi. This position will need to assist in office relocation

. Need to work on weekends during major events
