Store Keeper Job Description

We are looking for an organized,experienced store keeper to beresponsible for all stock, sta!management, and planning promotionalcampaigns for the store. Storekeeper is aperson who is responsible for goods in astore. Storekeeper is very importantperson for the store. He is the in charge ofstore department and also responsible forstore control.

Storekeeper Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of storage area.

Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.

Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on parlevels or needs.

Maintain clear and organized recordsto ensure all reports and invoices arefiled and stored properly.

Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all food itemsto ensure proper levels.

Responsible to verify all goods arrivedas per the agreed purchase, deliverynote and agreed quantity has been received.

Responsible for storage of both food& beverage and operational stock.

Responsible for the day-to-day checkon the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.

Refuse acceptance of damaged,unacceptable, or incorrect items.

Ensure cleanliness of all areas,keeping storage areas clean & tidyand in strict compliance with hygiene.

Storekeeper Requirements and Skills:

• Well experience in retail managementor sales
• Knowledge of retail operations,merchandising, and budgeting processes
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies
• Positive, friendly, and organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays,weekends).
