Main Responsibilities
- Perform goods receipt operation and systems transaction.
- Issue materials to production and sub-contractors.
- Update of stock in SAP (all receiving and issuing transaction).
- Conduct periodic cycle count.
- Pack and ship finished good according to customer's requirement.
- Ensure discipline, good housekeeping (5S) and safety in warehouse.
- Any other tasks assigned by Store Supervisor.
Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related field.
- Certificate in Warehouse/ Logistics or related fields.
- Possess class 3 driving license and Forklift license
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and material handling practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
- Familiar with 5S and safety practices in warehouse environments.
- Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.
