Process the Goods receiving and outgoing in line with operating flow.
Process the shipments and delivery according to the instruction. To do pickings and packings as request and ensure the goods to be packed correctly and shipment collection smoothly as well.
Process and complete concerned activities and procedures in SAP when necessary.
Weekly cycle count report and work with the team to process year-end stock-taking smoothly.
Ensure store environment clear to meet QMS management requirements and audit purpose as well.
Quality system maintenance, maintain the storage location clearly and monitor the Temperature and Record, departmental documentations and records filing/improving/upgrading to ensure traceability.
Other tasks assigned and requested.
Job Requirements
To have basic computer knowledge, store/warehouse experience at least 1 year and experience in operating equipment within the store/warehouse.
