Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday Off)
Salary Range: SGD 2,800 - 3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide basic product information
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Maintain proper filing of documents and records
- Monitor and replenish brochures, display samples, and consumables
- Assist with store operations and occasional exhibitions
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or PR preferred
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
