Store Administration (Luxury Fashion Retail)

Our client, a well-established luxury retail brand, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join their team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in retail administration or warehouse operations who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining smooth and efficient store operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate daily stock movements between the office and retail stores, covering deliveries, store transfers, returns, stock withdrawals, and display-related movements.
• Keep track of stock levels and product availability, highlighting potential shortages or excess inventory to support effective stock planning.
• Support day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations, including stock counts, scanning, system updates, and reconciliation of any inventory variances.
• Compile and maintain regular stock and inventory reports for management reference.
• Assist with general store administration and other operational duties assigned by the team.

Job Requirement:

• Prior experience in warehouse coordination, inventory operations, or store administration, preferably within retail, logistics, or a related industry.
• Well-organised and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple operational tasks and work independently.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of English, with confidence in communicating and coordinating with different teams.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer applications.
