Job Summary:

Role: Stibo MDM STEP Developer

Location: Singapore

We are seeking an experienced Stibo STEP MDM Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise master data management solutions using the Stibo STEP platform. The role focuses on implementing business rules, configuring data models, and enabling seamless integrations to ensure high data quality, governance, and consistency across systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Stibo STEP development, C#/.NET, and Azure environments, with a solid understanding of data governance frameworks. Experience within the manufacturing domain is preferred.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 7+ years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and Stibo STEP development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM platform development and configuration.

- Solid development experience using C# / .NET technologies.

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure for integrations and enterprise deployments.

- Hands-on experience configuring match & merge rules, survivorship algorithms, and STEP object hierarchies.

- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integrity frameworks.

- Experience implementing enterprise data integrations and validation processes.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Manufacturing domain experience is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Stibo STEP MDM solutions, including configuration and customization of STEP platform components.

- Develop and implement STEP business rules to support enterprise data governance and business processes.

- Design and build inbound and outbound integrations between STEP and other enterprise applications.

- Configure STEP match and merge functionality, including algorithm survivorship rules for master data consolidation.

- Configure and maintain STEP object types, object hierarchy, and data models.

- Implement data validation rules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.

- Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce data quality, data integrity, and governance standards.

- Develop integration and customization solutions using C#/.NET within Azure-based environments.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance for MDM processes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
