Job Summary
You will support daily front-of-house operations by delivering excellent customer service, handling cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with general caf upkeep to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers to provide friendly and efficient service that meets quality standards
- Operate the cashier to process orders and payments accurately during service hours
- Wash dishes and clear tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Serve food and beverages to customers following caf standards
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and tidying to uphold caf aesthetics
- Water and care for plants to maintain a pleasant indoor and outdoor environment
- Distribute flyers to promote caf offerings and events
- Climb stairs safely to access different caf areas as needed
- Assist the manager with tasks related to business needs and daily operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices strictly according to SFA guidelines
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to support smooth caf operations
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, non-halal caf environment
- Support 5S housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the team
