Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 per month

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Steersmen/Helmsmen to join our maritime team in Singapore. As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for navigating and controlling vessels under various conditions to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steer and control the vessel under the direction of the captain and senior officers.
• Ensure safe and smooth operation of the vessel during day-to-day navigation.
• Assist with docking, undocking, and other maneuvering activities.
• Monitor vessel instruments and report any abnormalities.
• Work closely with the crew to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Perform other duties as required by the captain or officer in charge.

Requirements:

• Valid Steersman/Helmsman certification or equivalent maritime qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore's maritime regulations and navigational procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.

Salary:
Competitive salary in the range of $3,000 to $4,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
