We are looking for a Steam Boiler Engineer to:

• Primarily managing operation and maintenance of Industrial Services plant.
• Support Jurong Factory general services and maintenance of mobile handling equipment.
• Define, propose and monitor Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) plans and objectives in accordance with Nestlé Maintenance Strategy
• Actively lead continuous improvement activities in the responsible area by using NCE mindset and methodologies.
• Facility System & Compliance management in the Engineering Department.
• Propose and control the M&I budget.
• Plan material and resources for the shutdown activities.
• Prepare skill matrix for the Industrial Services operators.
• Manage contractors work and safety whenever they are engaged in the maintenance.
• Responsible for conducting in-house training (Theory & Practical) for selected employees to be technically competent to carry out their duties.

Industrial Services Plant
Efficient & safe operations of industrial services plant and ancillary equipment.
Practice and inculcate NGMP
Maintain operational records of plant / equipment operations.

Maintenance & Repair
Maintenance and repair of industrial services plant, general services and mobile handling equipment

Improvement Projects
Initiation and execution of improvement projects.

Hygiene & Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene in all plant/equipment utilities areas.

Safety at Work
Practice & inculcate a safety culture to all direct reports. Instill & adopt Behavioral Based Safety philosophy and methods to direct reports.

Continuous Improvement
Continuous improvements to industrial services plant and their operations.

Food Safety
To contribute inputs pertaining to Engineering issues in the area of food safety

Leadership & Management
Practice Every Day Coaching (EDC)

SHE
Responsible to implement safety and environment practices in the workplace.

What Will Make You Successful

• Diploma in Engineering, Degree in Engineering preferred
• Must be certified Grade 2 Steam Boiler
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
