Our client is a wellestablished organization in the environmental managementservices sector, supporting essential infrastructure and sustainabilityinitiatives in Singapore.

As the business continues to strengthen its finance function andsystems, they are looking to appoint a capable and handson Finance Manager tojoin their team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Managerwill lead a team and play a key role in strengthening financial operations,reporting, and systems capabilities.

This role offers broad exposure across financial control,consolidation, management reporting, and system implementation, and will suit acandidate who is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.

. Lead and manage the finance team overseeing Accounts Receivableand Collections, consolidation, and monthend close activities

. Prepare and review group consolidation, including exposure toequity accounting

. Drive management reporting and financial analysis, providinginsights to support business decisions

. Partner with business stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy,timeliness, and financial controls

. Play a key role in finance system implementation and enhancementprojects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

. Ensure strong governance, compliance, and process disciplineacross finance operations

. Remain handson and actively involved in daytoday deliverableswhen required

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess the followingrelevant skills sets and experience:

. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineprofessional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred

. Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, withpeople management experience

. Strong background in consolidation and management reportingexposure to equity accounting is advantageous

. Experience supporting or driving finance system/ERP implementationprojects

. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle will be highly regarded

. Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills

. Detailoriented, meticulous, and comfortable working in a dynamicenvironment

. Handson, flexible, and able to adapt to evolving priorities
