[What the role is]
You will be required to enter statistical information and survey responses into computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy.[What you will be working on]
Data Entry: Enter statistical information and survey responses into computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy.
Data Checking: Review statistical datasets for mistakes and inconsistencies, making corrections to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
Document Management: Organise, scan, and file survey forms and documents safely, whether on paper or computer, while keeping information confidential.
System Upkeep: Help maintain data quality by performing data cleansing and ensuring information is properly organised.
Operational Support: Work with team members and other departments on data collection tasks and help prepare reports and documents.
Carry out other duties as requested by management.
[What we are looking for]
Minimum O level qualifications
Some experience in data entry, office work, or working with numbers would be helpful but not essential.
Good attention to detail with numbers, ability to work with data, and willingness to learn new processes.
Careful attention to detail, ability to work at a reasonable pace, good communication with colleagues, and willingness to solve problems.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) required. Additional computer skills are welcome but not essential.
Any experience with databases, surveys, or statistical software would be an advantage but is not required.
This is a 1-year contract position. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
