Operate stamping machinery to produce stamped components according to production schedules and quality specifications.
Set up stamping equipment, including installing dies, adjusting settings, and calibrating machinery for optimal performance.
Monitor machine operation and performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of stamped parts to ensure compliance with specifications and identify any defects or abnormalities.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues, performing repairs or coordinating with maintenance staff for assistance.
Train and mentor junior technicians on stamping processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and quality inspection results.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and resolve quality issues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for optimizing production processes and reducing waste.
Requisite material as per planned production order for daily activities.
Proper documentation record to ensure compliance with the ISO9001/ IATF16949/ ISO13485/ ISO14001 standard.

Lead the section team to meet the OEE (P) target.
Lead the section team material consumption accurately.

Requirements
Minimum N Level. High school diploma or equivalent technical certification or vocational training in machining or manufacturing preferred. NTC 3 in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 35 years in handling stamping press machines.
Proven experience as a stamping technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of stamping processes and equipment.
Ability to handle progressive tools or conventional tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly.
Physically strong, positive attitude, ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
