Stall Assistant (F&B)

Key Responsibilities:

. Take customer orders and provide service support

. Serve food and beverages

. Operate POS system and handle cashiering

. Maintain stall cleanliness and hygiene

. Assist with basic food and drink preparation

. Follow SOPs for service standards

. Support opening and closing duties

Requirements

. Experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage
. Comfortable standing for long hours
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
. Good teamwork and service-oriented attitude
. Basic communication skills
. Reliable attendance and work discipline

Working Hours

. 12-hour shift (including 2-hour break)
. Working hours: 9:30 AM - 9:30 PM
. 6-day work week
. 1 rest day per week (rostered)

Salary & Benefits

. Monthly Salary: SGD 2,200
. Estimated Gross: SGD 2,700 - 3,000
. Meal Allowance: SGD 5 per day (cash)
. Performance / Store Bonus (subject to KPI)

. Annual Leave starting from 7 days
