Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Pre-Production Planning: Attend meetings, schedule rehearsals, and develop production timelines.
  • Rehearsals: Oversee rehearsals, take notes on cues and changes, and communicate with the cast and crew.
  • Communication: Act as the primary contact between the director, cast, and crew distribute schedules and notes.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the technical crew on lighting, sound, and set changes conduct technical rehearsals.
  • Performance Management: Manage backstage during performances, call cues, and handle emergencies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct safety briefings.
  • Working hours 9pm to 6am may include weekend and public holidays
