Job Description

Play a pivotal role in curating and coordinating captivating performances
Manage a diverse team of performance artists
Schedule artists, coordinate rehearsals, and oversee their performance schedules
Train & guide the performing artists to improve on their performances
Help plan and execute special performances for holidays, anniversaries, and other club events
Maintain discipline of all artistes and ensure they maintain their professionalism
Ensure safety of the crews on and off the stage and report any hazardous findings on stage and backstage
Handle interpersonal conflicts between artists
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Ensure the hospitality of the guest
Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
