Stage Manager

Job responsibilities :

. Assists in the recruitment and selection of performing artistes.

. Coordinates practices and rehearsal schedules for all performing artistes.

. Monitors and reports the work progress of all performing artistes.

. Manage the backstage and onstage area during performances.

. Conducts market research, gathers information on latest trends to improve business prospects.

. Plans, designs, and produces solutions while managing all project delivery elements within time limit.

. Liaises with customers to identify their needs and to ensure customers satisfaction.

. Promotes the Company's business via social media platforms.
