Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop:Lead the creation of scalable tools, frameworks, and services that enhance developer experience and streamline the software development lifecycle.
- AI Initiatives:Drive AI-related initiatives by exploring, implementing, and integrating AI technologies to enhance development processes and productivity.
- Collaborate:Work closely with engineering teams, product development teams, and other stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Innovate:Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and propose innovative solutions to enhance developer productivity.
- Mentor:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers in the team, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and an AI learning mindset within the team.
- Optimize CI/CD and DevOps:Identify inefficiencies in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes, implementing improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
- Drive Best Practices:Promote best practices in software engineering, including code quality, automation, and AI integration.
- This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience or interest in working with GenAI tools , GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Claude etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Version Control, and Cloud Environments.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Familiarity or experience with AI agent frameworks.
