Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to support daily store operations for our client products. The Shop Assistant will ensure shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and locating products.
- Maintain product displays, replenish shelves, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized.
- Handle basic cashier duties (if required).
- Support in receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stock.
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
- Report low stock levels, damages, or customer feedback to supervisor.
- Assist in promotional activities, sampling, or events when required.
