Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Evaluate and apply advanced analytical methods and tools, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, to generate actionable predictive and prescriptive insights from image, text, and other data sources.
- Leverage your strong programming skills in languages such as Python and/or R to develop and deploy AI solutions, and to document methodologies and best practices.
- Utilize your expertise in image processing and computer vision techniques, including experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch etc., to develop and deploy AI models that can analyse and interpret complex image data.
- Design and develop AI agents or chatbots using Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks, with a focus on natural language processing and generative AI.
- Actively contributes to the growth of our Data Scientist Community and supports the upskilling of key stakeholders through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Deliver valuable solutions to business problems, and present findings and recommendations to management, with a focus on driving business value and impact.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Successfully completed scientific/technical degree (Master's or PhD), e.g. in the field of data science, computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or business informatics.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)/ Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML), including at least 1 year focusing on LLM, Gen AI, or Agentic AI.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface and get work done across organizational boundaries and cultures.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and modelling.
- A good understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques, with a focus on image processing (object segmentation, identification etc.) and generative AI
