General maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems
Product yield improvement and maintenance
Familiar with civil engineering, architectural, and electromechanical regulations, as well as the latest industry developments
Conduct quality and cost optimization analysis and updates to reduce maintenance expenses
Assessment and planning for change of use, interior renovation, and maintenance of buildings
Coordinate with cross-functional modules to set up the process for customers and ensure process robustness for Fab manufacturing and production
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Science or Engineering related field
Excellent Communication & Inter-Personal skill
Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment
Must Possess Positive attitude, Self Starter & Team Player
Possesses experience in general civil engineering, architecture, or electromechanical related design, construction, and maintenance, with at least three years of post-university work experience.
Awareness of relevant regulations
Proficient in general Office and CAD documentation skills
