Role Summary:
We are looking for a versatile Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations across multiple process modules in a semiconductor fabrication environment. This role involves hands-on process development, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain process conditions across modules such as Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Plating, Lithography, Metrology, and CMP
- Monitor process performance and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and reliability
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Support new product introductions and ensure process readiness for pilot and volume production
- Collaborate with equipment, integration, and quality teams to resolve process-related issues
- Maintain documentation including process specifications, control plans, and SOPs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support compliance with industry standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related high-tech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with statistical process control and quality systems is a plus
