The SPF plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. As a Staff Officer in CRO, you will play an important role in developing and managing technology innovation, planning and implementing enhancement of inter-agency workflows and delivering more efficient and effective public service through technology.
You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme
What You Will Be Working On
You will plan and carry out ICT systems project work, drive technology innovation and digitalisation, as well as create and enhance capabilities of the investigation fraternity through technology.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive, motivated and dynamic individual with skillset and experience in technology system projects, and with an eye for detail to be part of our team.
Requirements
- Proactive, meticulous and independent worker, who is self-driven and able to carry out work responsibilities with minimal supervision;
- Good team player who works well with others;
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, with good writing ability;
- Possess good time management skills and be able to meet deadlines and deliver the desired outcome;
- Possess good planning and organisation skills, effective resource and project management ability
- Having knowledge and experience in law enforcement, computing, managing ICT systems, software or applications, emerging technologies (particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML) or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data and system-related disciplines would be an advantage
