Job Scope

Deliver nursing care
Monitor vital signs and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Packing of medication for patients
Maintain clinical records, ensure documentation are done correctly
Initial Assessment of clients
Assist with providing Medical knowledge to care executives
Supervise and directe a team of Nursing Aides and Health Attendants, ensuring high-quality resident care.
Ensure strict compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
Responded effectively to medical emergencies, providing critical interventions as needed.
