Job Responsibities
- Provide nursing care, monitoring, and assessment according to clinical standards.
- Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist doctors and healthcare teams in daily clinical operations.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control compliance.
- Support ward, clinic, or community care operations depending on posting.
- Any other nursing duties as assigned by Nurse Manager / Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years experience of nursing experience
